Our Partners are beauty, grooming and wellness businesses that offer real-time availability and instant booking through our Platform. You can also discover other registered businesses in your area that are not yet Partners of the platform. For these businesses, we provide their name and location, helping you discover more options nearby.

Plans changed? No problem. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled directly through the platform up to 2 hours before the appointment time. When rescheduling, any available appointment within the next 15 days can be selected. If it is within the 2-hour window of your appointment, changes can no longer be made through the Platform. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact the Partner directly and they will do their best to help. To reschedule beyond the next 15 days, please contact the Partner directly.

The booking fee is not an additional charge. It forms part of the total price of your service and helps secure your appointment with the Partner. The booking fee is charged at the time of booking. For cancellations made more than 2 hours before the appointment, the booking fee will be refunded. For cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, or in case of a no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable. When you attend your appointment, the booking fee is deducted from the total service price, so you only pay the remaining balance.

The Booking fee will be refunded in full.

Yes. If Pay at Venue is selected at checkout, including payment by cash, the booking fee is charged through the Platform to secure the appointment. The remaining service amount can then be paid directly to the Partner at the venue.
